The first question for you is-are these dreams that you want for yourself or are you living someone else’s dream? In working with clients, I have discovered that being able to recognize and name one’s emotional states can be a challenge. I believe this sometimes is a result of suppressing emotions as children and then having only one or two outlets for those emotions.

Do you spend it investing in being the best version of you or do you repeat the patterns that keep you stuck? Keeping a journal is a great way to find out how you are spending you time. Once you know what you are doing, you can take those baby steps to getting unstuck.
